How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location. Local orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. International delivery timelines may vary depending on customs and courier processing.
Can I return or replace an item if the size is incorrect?
Yes, replacement is possible within 24 hours of receiving the order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. If the size issue is due to customer error, shipping charges will be covered by the customer.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are offered only if an incorrect or defective item is sent. If the issue is clearly mentioned in the product description, the item will not be eligible for refund.
Are bridal or custom-made dresses eligible for return or refund?
No. Custom orders and bridal dresses are non-refundable and non-replaceable, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was delivered.
Do you accept international returns?
No. At the moment, returns and replacements are accepted only for local orders within Pakistan.
