Shipping Policy

At Ashiis, we aim to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. Our shipping timelines and fees may vary based on product type, availability, and delivery location.

1. Dispatch Timelines

  • Ready-to-Wear Collection: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.
  • Custom & Bridal Orders: Made-to-order items vary by design — usually 3–6 weeks. You will receive an estimated timeline during the order process or via email after placing your order.

Note: Public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances may affect dispatch schedules. We will notify you if this happens.

2. Shipping Charges

Local Orders (Within Pakistan):

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and delivery location.

  • Estimated rates will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

International Orders: 

  • We now offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and delivery method.

  • The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by destination.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Local deliveries: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your city and courier.
  • For custom or bridal orders, timelines vary; we’ll share a more accurate estimate once production begins.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, contact details, and landmarks are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to inaccurate address information.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If unavailable both times, the package will be returned to us and re-delivery may incur charges.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

  • Delays can occur due to logistical issues, weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you of significant delays but cannot be held liable for losses due to delayed delivery.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours at team@ashiiscollection.com or via WhatsApp. We may ask for clear photos to resolve the issue quickly.

8. Shipping Fee Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except when the delivered product is proven defective, damaged, or incorrect (subject to verification).
