General Policy
All products sold on ashiiscollection.com are offered on an “As Is” basis. We kindly request customers to inspect their purchases upon delivery for any defects or discrepancies. Any refund or replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Refund & Replacement Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements only if an item is defective or different from what was ordered. If a specific condition or defect is mentioned at the time of ordering, the item will be delivered as stated and will not qualify for a refund.
- Replacement is restricted to identical products only.
- Replacement or refund is available only for defective items or incorrect sizes.
- Custom orders are not eligible for refund or replacement under any circumstances.
- Replacement processing will commence once the returned goods are received and inspected by our shipping department.
- If a replacement is required due to a customer’s sizing issue, the customer will bear the shipping charges for return and re-dispatch.
- Bridal dresses, accessories, and sale items are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved.
International Orders
Returns and replacements are accepted only for local (Pakistan-based) orders. We currently do not offer returns or refunds for international shipments.

Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review the request and get back to you promptly.
